Quality Plumbing And Heating

We were having a family Christmas party with about 30 people here and I didn't have any heat. One worker came out. That was fine. They were pretty good. They got out here in relatively short period of time considering it was a weekend. They weren't able to complete the work because the furnace is less than 10 years old and I needed to go back to the company that I had purchased it from because of warranty. They didn't have the mortar I needed. It would have been two days, possibly three to get it. 

They did a horrible job. Lights flicker all the time and the light sockets blow bulbs. The fire alarms go off frequently for no reason at all. I had them come back and check these problems and they say everything is fine and normal. The most recent problem is my water softener has stopped working. It is still under warranty and they came out, found the problem but have not returned to fix it. Every time I have called them to come to my house I have to call repeatedly to get them to show up. My water softener has not been working for months now and they won't even return my calls. No one I have called services the brand that Quality Heating and Plumbing sold me. When I do call another repair place they all tell me the same thing. They say that if Quality Heating and Plumbing installed it and it's still under warranty then they should be the ones servicing it.
