About us

Triec Electrical Services was formed in 1985 by three electrical contractors who joined forces. We currently employ thirty five (35) skilled employees. Based in Springfield, we will travel in state for specialized jobs and works primarily with clients located in the following Ohio counties: Clark, Champaign, Clinton, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Logan, Madison, Miami, Montgomery, Shelby, Union, and Warren counties. We offer the ability to handle many various types of electrical projects from large design build projects to small service work. Specializing in Industrial, Commercial, Residential, High Voltage services. Rich ran a little late but called before he was late to let me know. He was kind and explained all questions I had and helped me take old stove to curb which he didn’t have to do.

They do really good work but they are pretty expensive. They had to crawl through the ceiling over rafters to put in the lights. We had them give us an estimate for some work in the basement.

We had spent more than an hour with another ecectrician and even after repeated calls, he never got back to us with an estimate. The job was very complicated, as the wiring for the three new circuits had to be drilled through floors, outside walls, along the outside of the house, and back in again. We kept adding things to be done, and making some changes. TRIEC, especially Dave, the estimator, and Rich, who did most of the work over a period of a few weeks, were incredibly professional, accommodating, cheerful and skilled. They always told us when they would be coming, and arrived when they said. They were very knowledgable, and gave us some good suggestions. Even though the work was often very challenging and difficult, they remained cheerful throughout. When parts couldn't be found because of the age of items being replaced, they searched for parts or found new ones. What could have been a really bad experience because of the difficulties encountered, things went very smoothly because of the professionalism and positive attitude of the people involved. The final cost was higher than the original estimate because we kept adding things. However, each time we did so, Dave told us exactly how much the additional work would cost so we could decide whether to have it done.
