It was very hot that day , I thought they would be there early morning came around 11. The boss came with his three workers and the boss left, the workers started out good and then started playing around and not working. later that around 3:30pm two more workers came to help. Yes is was a big job and hot that day, but I think for the quote I was given they did not finish the job, Boss did show up around 5 and making excuses why they can't cut more off the bushes. They did not even bring ladders with them. Not happy !

Awesome job. Tom was very responsive to my initial request, provided a competitive estimate (1 of 3) and got the job done within the week. He had a very respectful hard working crew. Did a great job trimming trees and cleaned up all debris. Will definitely hire again for future landscaping or tree work.

Had a great experience with this company. Had a large maple that needed to be trimmed, received quote one day and the work was performed the next day. Added additional service and was carried out without issue. Would definitely contact them again for tree trimming service.

Big crew arrived and made short work of the large tree in my yard. It had been lightning-struck a few years ago, and this made the project somewhat dangerous, but the men went about it in a safe and methodical fashion, ensuring the tree was removed and the area was completely cleared of any residual debris. I would highly recommend this company! VERY satisfied!!

They used a chain saw and botched it pretty bad. I don’t think you need a chain saw to trim and shape a tree

In both jobs, Thomas & Sons did an excellent job from start to finish. Their proposal was complete and concise and the price was very competitive. Their communications was timely and informative. The team arrived when they said they would and called ahead. Both jobs - removal of large trees - were completed successfully, and cleanup was very well done. All team members were friendly and efficient. The second job was especially difficult since the large tree was close to the house, and the Thomas & Sons team did an amazing job at felling huge limbs over the room safely with no damage to the roof or house walls at all. I was very impressed. In summary, I cannot conceive of another tree removal company that could perform the job better than Thomas & Sons. The owner is honest and trustworthy and will get all my tree removal jobs.

They were great. They were efficient, they were skilled and they cleaned up after themselves. They couldn't drop the branches so they had to use a rope. We have recommended them to our neighbor next door.
