I did not have a good experience with their house cleaning service. First, we were told that they would be there on Tuesday for a deep cleaning between 10-11am. At 11:15am I called to see where they were. I was called back shortly and told that they would arrive around 1pm due to delays at earlier houses. At 2:15pm my wife and I began calling again to see where they were. It took until 3pm for us to get a call back which stated that they were 10-15mins away. They actually arrived at 4pm. At 6pm they realized that they were not going to be able to get the deep cleaning done that day and asked if they could come back and finish the next morning. We agreed, as while this was an inconvenience, we wanted the job to be done properly. Secondly, they did arrive on time Wednesday, however, the cleaning was not as good as we expected it to be. They did not have any degreaser with them so they were not able to properly clean the kitchen, especially the microwave and cabinets that are above the stove, as these really needed degreaser. They also completely forgot to clean an entire bathroom including a shower and toilet. Additionally, in one of the bedrooms the only thing that was done was vacuuming. The bedroom was not dusted or otherwise cleaned at all. Lastly, the customer service by the owners was completely unacceptable. As the cleaners were there on Wednesday I received a text message from the owner, stating that since they had 3 people there for 6 hours the fee would end up being a little higher than the estimate. I replied that while I thought a little bit higher would be acceptable, I did not think it should be too much higher as the time that we were quoted was 4-6 hours, so if they were at 6 hours, they should be pretty close to being in the estimate. They went on to tell me all about how estimates for first time cleanings are very difficult, etc. And the fee that they wanted was 18% higher than estimated. When I said that I thought that was too much over the estimate, I was asked if I wanted them to leave early. I said that I did not, I wanted the job completed. I also stated that if the fee was that high, then it is what it is, but that I would probably not sign up for the regular cleanings as previously discussed. At this point they informed me that they were no concerned about repeat business, which I found to be an interesting statement from any business. They also agreed to honor the original price. I was satisfied with this and decided to just move on. The next morning, the owner called and asked me about our finished basement and said that he was not aware of it, and that he was disappointed that we would not agree to the additional fee even though there were parts of the house he had not been aware of. I informed him that 1. The finished basement was not cleaned, 2. We told the cleaners that it did not need to be cleaned because it was just completed, and 3. That if he was giving estimates, it was his responsibility to make sure that he had all of the information that he needed to give an accurate estimate. I then continued that even if they had cleaned that part of the house, they did not clean a bathroom, and did not properly clean a bedroom or the kitchen so I still felt that what we paid was more than fair. He essentially blew all of this off, reiterated his disappointment, and ended the call. Due to the missed and improperly cleaned rooms, and more importantly the completely terrible customer service, I would advise others to stay far away from this company.
