Service at S and J is wonderful. They are able to provide realistic estimates and I never feel like they are recommending unneeded maintenance or trying to upsell me. Last April I had the timing belt replaced in my Kia optima and they were able to have the whole thing done during my work day. They even called to let me know when it was complete which was slightly ahead of their estimate they gave me that morning.

We had the Check Engine light in the minivan come on, and a loud noise started coming from underneath the vehicle...
Called Monday, scheduled drop off for Wednesday morning-- painless.
Wednesday arrived, dropped van off at 8 am-- and by 11am, they called my wife to explain what they'd found, what was needed, how much it'd cost, and that they'd be able to fix it that day.
This is not the first time we've used them for auto repair--- but each time, they've been painless and professional to deal with.
I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone that will listen.

I get all my automobiles repaired over there. They are very fast. They are very accommodating as far as drop-offs and work with us on our schedules. They are excellent. It's a father and son business. They go out of their way to do whatever they can for us and make it as reasonable as possible price wise.

They are very professional and their work is very reliable. They try to take the most effective, reasonable and least expensive solution to a repair problem. They go out of their work to make sure that they are getting good parts at the best price. If I have to get dealer parts then they do that because they normally cost the most but only as a last resort basically. They look for good parts that are going to be from their experience worth the money. It's a father and son company. I've been having my car repaired with them since they opened up the shop for the last three years.
