Robinson Insulation Co

They did not put in as much insulation as they were supposed to.  They said they would put in 13 inches and when they finished I only had 10 inches. They did not uphold there committment.

They were very quiet. They were here on time. They cleaned up after the work. We thought that the price was a little high but I am not sure. The people seemed good and they were responsive.

They did wall insulation. They drilled holes and put it into the walls. When they drilled the holes from the outside to the inside, it was about half of my house, they drilled all the way through the walls and they never came and fixed it. They also promised that they would change my heating bills and all that and they never did and their insulation really didn’t work that well. I had called them to come out and fix my drywall and they said they were going to do it and they never came. I would not use them again in the future.

I went with Robinson's on the recommendation of someone who had used them. I gave their responsiveness a 'B' simply because I never received a phone call to set up an inspection like I was told I would and the technician just showed up (thankfully, I was home), but everything else was great. They provided two different estimates based on the R-rating. The difference in the cost wasn't that much difference, so I went with the higher R-rating. I looked at the cost of buying the same R-rating batting and having my father install it while he was visting and it was actually less expensive to have Robinson's blow the insulation in. The technicians arrived on time and were neat and professional. They ran the hose through an upstairs window instead of through the house, so there was no worry about tracking mud/dirt in or having to protect the carpet. Although it says I would use them again, hopefully I won't have to for several years, but I've already recommended them to several people I work with.
