Per contract in December of 2018, 25% paid up front; 50% to be paid at halfway point and final payment when job was completed. With house halfway done and 2 months behind schedule in May 2019, the owner had the crew pack up all of their items and leave. Had to hire another contractor to finish and we are finally completed as of December of 2019. A whole year later and with tons of corrections done to Rays Handman workmanship, along with another large bill to pay contractor that finished. The kicker? Rays Handyman placed a lien on the property for final payment. Disappointed to say the least.
