Ira was responsive and answered the phone promptly whenever I called. I was pleased to find out he was available on the date we needed, as we had a relatively tight timeline for the move. He arrived early on the scheduled date. He was efficient, professional, and friendly. He brought a hand cart and quickly loaded all of the furniture without damage into the truck. He was not prepared to provide us with a receipt (he ended up hand-writing a receipt on paper), but that was not a big deal. Overall, we were thankful for his help and would definitely call him again!
