Went fine

The website is very intuitive and very detailed. It asks what type of items you have; how many rooms; how many boxes. It has several options for large furniture; outdoor furniture; and grills. I received a call the next day as the site said I would. I spoke with Brennan who is the owner of the company. He gave the reasonable quote of $400. That was $85 per hour (which is much less than ANY of the competitors) and a $60 fuel charge which I thought was reasonable since they are actually based in the Dayton area. We settled on 10 am the following Saturday and they were actually 15 minutes early which was a very pleasant surprise. He stated on the phone that they will be jogging back from the moving truck the whole time. They were not kidding. The entire move they jogged back to the apartment or truck depending when their arms were empty. It took them right at the 4 hours that he estimated in the beginning. He and the other employee were very courteous and professional. I will be sure that anyone that I know uses them for any of their services.
