"I brandy Cochran have never been informed of this matter. I would love to get this problem resolved. I honestly don't appreciate the slander you are giving my name. yes we have had some unhappy customers in our past, but when you're working with thousands of people per year its hard to make each and every customer happy, even tho the job is finished. I myself go out with my employees everyday to make sure the job is done proper and complete. my main thing is this....my customers don't pay anything until the job is finished."

This company was originally contracted by my next-door neighbor (who was also pleased with the service). While they were working, I asked about having the pine tree removed and was quoted a very reasonable price. They completed the work concurrently with their original job. They work as a team of about five or six men, each of whom performs multiple jobs. They are very quick and very professional. Both of these jobs included removal of the cut wood, and they had modern, heavy-duty equipment for shredding and mulching. When they finished, they hand-picked and cleaned up the area, including neighboring driveways and the cul-de-sac better than it had been before they arrived. We could not have been more pleased.

After repeated calls (probably 25) that have not been returned, they still have not removed the stumps. I would have hired them again if they had completed the promised work.
