Keaton's Tree Service

The trees were cut, but the cleanup was not. I paid in full in advance and had to call them to come back and finish the job. The work was still not done to my satisfaction.

I won't hire this company. Payed for work not completed. No communication.

I paid $5800 to cut my trees but the did not finish job and supposed to comeback august 11. Id tried to call them and wrote a letter but I never received an answer.

Owner (Joshua Keaton) came to door looking for work.  I had ash trees that needed to be removed, so I hired him.
Crew got started with my trees, but owner spent his time looking around the property for more trees to take down.
Owner convinced me one tree was hollow and dangerous, but after taking it down, tree was solid almost throughout.
After work was done, owner requested a tip, but I indicated that I've already paid him for his work.
He and crew left shortly thereafter, without completing promised reinstallation of split rail fence, and without cutting down the stumps as promised.  Crew left their garbage strewn throughout the yard.
If he hadn't of had a good crew, I would have rated him 'F' for professionalism.

Keaton's cut the pine tree down without issue.  They removed the debris and raked the yard.  The owner and workers were friendly and courteous.  My neighbor was happy with the work that they did for him also.
