Hobbs Body Shop And Collision Repair

My daughter who lives in Columbus, rear-ended the car in front of her at a light. She damaged the bumper, hood, etc. of the car. Since I live in Springfield, she was able to drive the car here. Our insurance agent gave us the names of 3 or 4 collision repair firms they deal with. We called Hobbs because it was nearby and seemed like a small owner-owned company. My husband and daughter drove to Hobbs and were so impressed by how friendly and helpful Mr. Hobbs was. He told them he would have the car back within a week and encouraged them to come in and check on it. He kept us informed of what he was doing, and had the car ready a day or two BEFORE he said he would. The hood and repair work looked great, but my husband and daughter were most impressed by the reliability and friendliness of Mr. Hobbs. My daughter paid the $500 deductible and the insurance company paid the balance of the $2,318 for which we received a highly detailed itemized bill.
