.Great. I called and left a message He returned my call promptly and worked me in the next day. The replacement went smooth and our fireplace was working again.
He has also done work at our rentals and his pricing is very competitive (actually lower than most) and he does great work. When you use him you will see he is not a get in, get out and get your money guy. He takes great pride in his work and makes sure the work is done right with your safety in mind.

Went as estimated and expected for both time and cost.

He came out the first time to look for the leak and determine how serious it was. I told him I thought the toilet seal was leaking and dripping to the kitchen ceiling. He checked it and said the toilet seal was firm and did not think that was the cause. But I still thought it was. He suggested we look further for the leak and showed me where he thought it was. Since it seemed to be a very slow leak he laid a newspaper under it and told me to call him when I saw the paper show wetness. The next day I saw it had dripped and called him. He came back and found the leak in the pipe joint and fixed it. He had to cut the pipes that were joined there and attach a joint that connected the 2 pipes securely. There has been no leak since he fixed it. (Note: He could have just replaced the toilet seal and charged me for that, and then I would still have had the leak, but he didn't.) He was very generous and willing to explain and a nice guy to talk to. Not counting his first trip to the house, it took him 1 1/2 hours to fix the leak, and another 1/2 hour to go get the part he needed to fix it, and he charged me only $87.00 total. I thought that was less than what it should be and paid him $150. He said that was not necessary but I thought it was fair. He thanked me. He will certainly be the plumber I call when I need one and I recommend him highly.

He is honest and if he feels he cannot do the job the way it should be done he will let me know and would recommend somebody who can. He is a good person to deal with and does not try to feed me a lot of crap. If for some reason the job does not work out, he will come back and make it right. He charges me by the hour inclusive of materials. He is really busy and therefore it sometimes takes him a while to get back to me. He however always calls back and shows up when he says he would. I would use him again in the future.

We are really happy with him. He came the next day, fixed it and figured it all out. Everything is perfect. He knows what he's doing and shows up when he says he is going to come. He will come on a moments notice. If it's a Saturday morning and you need somebody, he will show up.

PEOPLE HAVE TROUBLE FINDING A PLUMBER THEY CAN DEPEND ON AND THIS IS A DEPENDABLE ONE. THEIR PRICES ARE FAIR AND THEY ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. IF THEY DON'T HAVE A PART THEY GO OUT AND GET IT RIGHT AWAY, SO THERE IS NO WAITING.
