He has worked for MCI, Worldcom, UUNET, Siemens Business Services, IBM, Verizon Business. Eric hase held titles from Help Desk Analyst to Computer Network Engineer. Eric Strait is a Microsoft Certified Engineer, A+ certified and he is a Cisco Certified Network Associate. Eric has a Help Desk Certification from HDI (Help Desk Institute). He has a Bachelors Degree of Science in Information Systems from Ohio University. Christina Saunders is ETEK's Office Administator and Assistant. She "holds down the fort" so to speak. Christina keeps track of orders coming in for computer parts. Processes orders. She is in the office so that customers can drop off and pickup their computers and is here to answer any questions you may have. Christina's roll is to make sure that you can always speak to someone from ETEK. We try to not let any calls go to voice mail and if a call does, Christina will call you back promptly.
