The owner, Austin, came across very nice and knowledgeable at first, and he was very eager to start the work, texting me several times. I assumed it was the salesman. When his crew was dispatched to begin day 1 of work to remove one tree and stump grind it, they trespassed on my neighbors parking lot intentionally. He then became very combative with my neighbor (I have the video of this) and even a Sheriff was dispatched to break things up. By the end of the day, they did take the tree down but left a mess and they didn't grind the stump. When I notified the BBB about this , I guess he pretended that I was not a customer at all, except he didn't realize I have his texts, his quote and bank records showing I paid for a service he didn't do. I would not recommend him at all.

We have used Eastyn's for several projects this year and we are very happy that we found them. We have two properties with several trees that needed immediate attention. Austin's concern for our safety was very real, and including negotiating to work with our neighbor to remove one of their trees that was threatening our property. I recommend them highly for any tree services you might need.

My husband and I hired Austin for a job (cutting down brush, cutting up some large logs, stump grinding and cutting down one tree) they were at our house for 3 days and completed about 75% of the work. They were supposed to come back to finish what was not completed.....that was over a year ago and Austin has yet to come back. He's for the most part contacted me back when I have checked in to see when he's coming back, but he has yet to actually show up when he's said he will, leaving me and my husband to change plans often. I've tried to be understanding about the weather and special circumstances, but waiting more than a year for Austin to return to complete a job that is paid for is unacceptable. I gave a good review a year ago when I assumed Austin would keep his word and return, but I wanted to update that review to include my current situation. Currently, I have not heard from Austin in over a month during which I've asked multiple times when he's coming back. I don't know what to do anymore, and am assuming i won't be reimbursed so here's my experience and I guess I'll be having to hire someone else to finish the job that he should have completed.

Austin and his crew were amazing. Great customer service, timely, and great value for the money. Everyone was friendly and professional, cleaned up after themselves and didn't leave trash in yard. I will definitely be hiring them for any other jobs I need done and highly recommend them!

Saw this crew working in our neighborhood and asked them for a quote. He gave a very reasonable quote, provided proof of insurance and completed the removal of 2 trees that day. Very happy with the work that was done and the crew that did it.

Was contacted by the company on December 30th to discuss the tree & stump cutting, removal services and pricing. This company came the very next morning around 10am and by 11:30am they cut down a 40 foot bradford pear tree, removed the debris and did a great job cleaning up the property. They came back later grounded up & removed the stump then did another excellent job cleaning up the yard and restoring the ground. The workers were friendly, polite and efficient. The pricing was very reasonable. I was extremely satisfied with the end results.

Looking for someone to rake a lot of leaves at elderly parents. Did a quick google search, Eastyns popped up, left a message and they called me within minutes. Set up same day appointment for them to look at yard and provide a quote. They did much more, trimmed bushes, cleaned gutters and hauled the leaves away. Staff showed up with 30 minutes after I okayed the work and three guys took less the 2 hours to do every thing. They were professional, courteous, and kind. They encouraged me to look around to make sure the work was done to my satisfaction. It certainly was. The owner checked back several times. I highly recommend Eastynâ s landscaping and will hire them again. Even got on their list for snow removal. Side note: it was sold cold and windy the day they did the work. I appreciate you Eastynâ s.

"Forgot to cut one perennial to the ground she called I said I was not too far and would come right back, she said it was fine because we did a great job on the yard and everything else. All of the surrounding condos were covered top to bottom with Leafs and her house looked like it was sitting in the middle of summer. Luckily I have before and after pictures of this job because it made such a big difference. Some people you just cannot please does not matter if you put 100% effort into a job or not. Also, we were there for close to 5 hours I would say this customer got a deal for all of the work we did."

Did an awesome job removing 5 difficulty placed trees - skillfully navigating so that no damage was done to the house, yard fence, or power lines. Communication was great, job was done in a timely manner, clean up was done completely. Great experience!

Very thorough and professional. Great team who know the landscaping business. Austin and his guys did a great job, mowing, trimming trees, preparing mulching the front landscaping, and pulling up and leveling a paver walkway that is been in the backyard for over 30 years. I would definitely recommend Eastyns Landscaping to anyone looking to improve their landscaping.!

The work was only done 75% of the way. Now I have to find someone else to finish the job and pay them more to do it. Bushes were sloppily trimmed, driveway was full of debris, and nothing was cleaned up from what was cut. Shrubs still have branches sticking out and debris left on top of the bushes. There was much left in between the fences that should have been pulled out. I took pictures of the problems and tried many times to contact the owner, with no response. I wish I could attach the pictures of the work done. Sad to see someone starting a business and treating customers this way.

"The neighbor told us that after we left some man continued cutting more bushes and honeysuckle that we had not discussed removing and you sent me pictures of someone else mess and you were upset that I was not going to come to clean up someone else job. Sorry, but we do not touch other people work for free. Sorry. I have the before and after pictures of the job as well along with the contract and all work was done 100% to the fullest. Shame you would bash my business along with myself, not because of the job we did but because we would not come back and clean up a mess we did not create.
