Carl and Derek did a great job on a really messed up treefall. It was across a chain-link fence and leaning on a neighbors maple tree, with a different neighbors privacy fence right up against it. They managed to get it down without any damage to the fences and got all the wood moved into my yard. I would definitely recommend Compass for any tree work you need!

They did a great job! They worked hard and had no problem when we wanted to add more jobs. Cleanup was so good you couldn't tell they worked for 2 days. I would definitely hire them again.

Overall they did a good job with our tree project.

The Owner contacted me right away (other bidders took 3 or more days), worked me into her schedule, which reduced costs) and within a couple of hours was on site with heavy duty equipment. Quote with 10% discount proved better than other bids . . . Watched her team grind a major root network sorrounding one 8" stump I wasn't aware of (no added cost) and cleaned things up beyond expectations! Felt like family; definitely will call on first when I need Tree work done!

Hired them to remove a stump in the front yard. After coming out, I had to call them out a 2nd time because all the stump did not get fully removed. Had to call them out a 3rd time because I was getting growth from the stump area. Moved some dirt and there was still a stump in the ground. I sent them pictures, and they said that they would come back out for an additional $200. They communicated that they would come out and look at the area twice but never showed. Now they will not respond back to any text. I would not recommend hiring this company!

Had some confusion scheduling and tried to get an extra $50 when they showed up, but we split the difference and they did a good job. I would recommend and use again.

Very professional,honest, reasonable and fast service. Had a problem with bees and came out sprayed and was concern for my safety and did not want me to go back into my yard until the job was done . Very knowledgeable and compassionate.
