Christie Worley

Christie Worley (with Real Estate II) was my real estate agent when I bought my first home this year and I could not be happier with her services. I was initially struck by Christie's warm personality and friendly demeanor. She is very professional and answered all of the questions that I had for her. When I decided to use her as my real estate agent, she asked me about financing and proceeded to call around to local banks and present me with the deals/promotions going on in 5 different banks to help me make an informed decision. Once financing was complete and we started looking for houses, Christie was always very professional and responsive. She was extremely responsive to phone calls and, if she did not pick up the phone (which didn't happen often), she called back shortly. Christie was very thorough in her questions to ensure that she only showed houses that would be appropriate. When I found a house that I liked, Christie walked me through the process explaining every form and letting me know next steps. After finding the home of my dreams, I mentioned to Christie that I needed to know average utility bills so that I could decide if it was in my budget. Less than 2 hours later, Christie called me to say that she had called around to all of the utility companies serving that house and provided average billing for the month. When my offer was accepted, Christie set up the home inspection and then met me at the house to walk through the inspection with the inspector.
