There were a few bumps in the road when we hired this contractor but only because we had an old asbestos roof that had to come off and this price was not originally included in the cost. But they were very professional in getting the job done and letting us know issues they were finding along the way. Kudos to Dale who hand hammered each nail by hand to make sure the roof was secure. The company came out promptly to fix a small leak on our flat roof and did not charge us extra. We now have a really nice roof and no problems since.

Missed an issue the first time, but cam back quickly to fix it. Prices were good.

Cason quoted me a ptched roof replacement using dimensional shingles. They also quoted replacement of a low pitch roof over my garage. They started the work on time, and performed all work as expected. At one point, they found a lot of wood damage, and called me up to the roof to go over my options before they proceeded. The roof was completed, and looks great. They did a great job with cleanup as well. I mowed several days after they left and didnt "find" a single nail with the mower. The project was completed within the budget and I could not be happier with their services. Highly recommend.

I am very satisfied with the work. The estimator did a good job of walking me through my options and even made some recommendations on shingle size options to be aware of when doing a layover of dimensionals over 3-tab. They finished all the work in 2 days, were very professional and the finished roof looked great.

I contacted them shortly after the storm, during a period of time when many other people in my area were also trying to get their roof repaired. They were very polite and professional on the phone, put me on the list, and completed the work promptly. The only negative was that their estimate of when they would make it out was off by 5 to 7 days, but I'm sure this was due to the volume of work they were dealing with at the time. When they sent me the bill, they included photographs before and after the work they performed, which was very helpful for dealing with my insurance company.
