BYRUMS FLOOR STORE

We ordered the newest style of flooring product and had to wait 5 weeks for manufacture to produce and deliver.  It was worth the wait, floor looks GREAT!  Installers kept us informed as to times they would be here and they were here as expected.

We moved into our home in November. The rooms were all carpeted and the kitchen and bathroom were peel-off stick on tile. We wanted engineered hardwood in five rooms and two hallways; new flooring in the kitchen and bathroom and carpet in the family room A friend of ours had used Byrums's to replace the carpet and sheet vinyl in their home and were very satisfied with the product and service so we thought we would check them out. We told Kurt what we wanted done and what the budget was. We was able to give us everything we wanted and keep it within budget. The wood and tile installers, Dan and Paul, were fantastic. It was a big job and they did an excellent job. The carpet crew came today and they too did an excellent job. We are going to use Byrum's again for a second project to install tile backsplash in the kitchen and we will request Dan for the installation. We were very pleased Byrum's and would recommend them.

Jamie came to our home knowing that I was getting estimates from 2 other companies.  He was very thoughtful in his suggestions of flooring and we discussed thoroughly what we were looking for. He made excellent suggestions.  The men who laid the floor were very professional. They arrived on time, worked through lunch and made it all work out. Our house had to be completely rearranged to "make it work"  and the installers were excellent at accomplishing the job. This is a small business and they work hard to give the best product for the best price.
