Steve came and gave us an estimate, and we were impressed with the care he took to explain everything. He is prompt and responds to calls diligently. He obviously takes great pride in the work he does, and he oversees every step to be sure all work is up to his high standard. He does extra things as needed, and he didn't charge extra. He also gave us information about needed chimney repair and recommended a chimney person (who, unfortunately, will not travel this far). Our roof had never had a tar paper base, and it was in terrible shape from improper repairs in the past. We now feel we have a roof that can withstand almost any kind of challenge and will be good for years to come.

I called for an appointment for an estimate. Never came - never called back.

The work appears to be excellent. Most important to me, the crew protected my extensive landscaping around my entire house and not one plant or bush was harmed. The men were very polite and professional and cleaned up after themselves every day. There were no nails or debris in my yard. Mr. Brown was on site supervising the job. The packet he gave me was very thorough, it included copies of his insurances, both liability and Worker's Comp. and his certification as a Master Shingle Applicator for CertainTeed shingles. He provided a list of references but my best reference was my neighbor who had Mr. Brown replace her roof in the past. She was also very pleased with the quality of his work. He provided payment receipts, a detailed invoice with a job description and all warranties.
Mr. Brown came out on 9/3 with his proposal, work began 9/10 and was completed on 9/14.
Overall we are very pleased with Mr. Brown's work and would highly recommend him. He is very professional and also a very nice man who looked out for the needs of my elderly mother during the entire project.
