I've been using this company for over 50 years. They come twice a year to service our furnace. This last time they installed a new furnace for me, replacing a 37 year old furnace. I've been very very happy with them over the years.

I used them for the first time and it was very good. I was very satisfied and it was reasonable in price. It was good experience. It is family owned business and it was very good.

They came out to wire up an over head heater for my barn. I had told the worker to turn it off after he got it working. He did not turn it off. Even though they admitted that he failed to turn it off, it wasted about 120 dollars worth of natural gas while I was gone. I told them that they had to reduce the bill by the amount that I was going to have to pay because he failed to turn it off. They would not do it, even after they admitted it was their fault. I ended up having to pay the full bill and the bill for the gas. It was really poor service. They would not take responsibility for the damages they caused.

THEY DID PERFECT WORK. I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO HAPPY. THE WORKERS CAME IN AND INSTALLED IT AND EXPLAINED TO US EXACTLY WHAT WE SHOULD DO TO KEEP IT RUNNING WELL. THEY HAD A GOOD WARRANTY PLAN ALSO.
