They were supposed to do the work on a Saturday morning but did not arrive and did not call to explain. The arrived sometime Sunday morning and did some grinding. They were paid and left. Later that day or possible the next we were removing the grindings and noticed that the stumps were not ground to the depth described. Several attempts to reach them went unanswered and calls not returned until several months later we persisted and they finally returned our calls. Their excuse was that their machine was out of service and parts were not in yet but they would "make things right". It has not been over 6 months and we are still waiting. We will also be filing a complaint with BBB.
