I was quoted a price and given a day that they would do the work. They showed up a day early. I was not there when they arrived. They started the work, then when I got there, I was told that the price would be TWICE as much as they originally quoted. They had not started on the tree that needed the most work. BUT if I didn't want to pay that much (the doubled price), they could just stop right then and offer me a SLIGHT discount from the original price. I negotiated a little, and got the price down slightly less than double. I was not able to stay until they finished up that night, but was assured they would complete the work that evening. I trusted them to complete the work as they had promised and paid them. They did not. After I contacted them, I was given a day and time twice and they didn't show or call either time. Finally, a day later they showed up and completed it. In addition, I was originally offered a service at no charge that they don't even do.

A great team showed up. They were organized, efficient, cleaned up the mess and hauled everything away. Great price for the job and made sure to communicate effectively.

They came out, took the tree down but the work was not completed. Homeadvisor had to contact him to do the work and it has taken more than 2 weeks.
