Progressive Carpet Cleaning

Work was excellent.

I have used them several times and always professional and willing to help us move anything that we need help with.

The job went very well - Mike and Joe not only got the basement completely dry, but informed me regularly of the progress. I especially appreciate the fact that these men treat my house as if it were their own - they always show up on time, are polite, respectful of furniture and belongings whenever they've had to move them. Mike's prices are very fair. I don't know that he is the cheapest in the world - we don't necessarily want the cheapest job on a lot of the services we have needed, but he is definitely the most thorough and trustworthy. I would give Mike or Joe a key to my house, no problem.

Excellent. Progressive showed up in a timely matter after my short notice request. All carpet was thoroughly cleaned.

Everything was great. Mike managed to squeeze me in on the day before Thanksgiving, which was much appreciated! Both men were very personable. They did everything quickly and thoroughly, and they obviously get along well. I'll definitely call them again. (The only reason I rated them a "B" on punctuality was because they arrived almost two hours later than originally scheduled; however, Mike DID call me the day before, to let me know in advance that he'd be delayed.)

Mike & Joe arrived on time and did an excellent job of cleaning the carpet and throw rugs on the main level. They are fast and very professional. I used  them a couple years ago when the carpet in the whole house was cleaned. I will use them again in the future when I need their services. They are locally owned company in Springboro serving the Dayton area.  I highly recommend this company for cleaning carpet & water restoration.
