They did a fine job and I was happy with the installation of the new insulated door and opener !

Overall, they were good. It looks really nice. They completed in a timely manner. The salesmen we dealt with was really great. The salesmen has been more responsive than the installers. We did have an issue with the way the door was installed, but the salesman has been very prompt at addressing those issues. He is standing behind the work that his guys came out to do.

Good. Sales person had wrong date for consultation down. He had to come back the next day. Installer showed up on time but had to go back to shop due to he had damaged pieces. Other than that we are satisfied with the look and operation of the new door.

OVERHEAD DOOR CAME OUT PROMPTLY AND FIXED THE DOOR. THEY REPLACED THE MOTOR. THEY BROUGHT OUT AN ALMOND KEYPAD SO THAT IT WOULD MATCH THE TRIM ON THE HOUSE.

GOOD. WE HAD A PROBLEM AND THEY RESPONDED THAT SAME MORNING. WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE AND WORK PERFORMED. THIS WAS 9 MONTHS AGO (IN WINTER) AND THE GARAGE DOOR IS STILL WORKING GREAT. TECHNICIAN WORKS FOR THEM, NOT A SUBCONTRACTOR. SEEMED VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PROFESSIONAL.
