MASTER'S TOUCH LAWN CARE

Though it's widely accepted that every customer's experience with a service is different, it's crucial to be aware that Master's Touch Lawn Care (Springboro, OH) has received some unsatisfactory reviews. I was quite disappointed in the company's degree of professionalism and attention to detail. A variety of issues are brought up, such as missing appointments, not answering questions, and incompletely completing designs that were agreed upon. Additionally, quality of their service was very much unsatisfactory for the services I paid for. 

IMaster's Touch took care of our yard all summer.  They are very efficient, they get right to work, they remember to lock our back gate when they leave so the dog won't get out and they are gone within about 30-40 minutes. The owner keeps to the schedule as best he can, given the weather conditions that affect when mowing, leaf pickup, etc., can be done. They are good about moving branches we haven't picked up or the occasional hose that I've forgotten. All in all, a wonderful company to work with.

Masters Touch does a great job cutting grass -- they edge; trim and clean up any leftover debris.  Always on time and very professional.

The service has always been professional and thorough.  Last fall and again this fall they also did yard clean-up.  My wife and I were delighted with the work.  Only negative is that they are sometime a bit hard to reach.

I called him just the day before and asked for him to do the work as soon as possible. He told me he would be here in the afternoon the following day and actually showed up early at 11am. He had the work done in an hour. This is the first job he has done for me, but I believe I will be having him take care of my yard full time.
