Wow...they are great. David recommended a system and then came out and installed and checked it out. I have superb internet service now. I don't need the wireless on the internet provider's modem and that is saving me money every month. This was well worth it in terms of elimination of frustration and the ability to do work where I need to do the work. Highly recommended!!!

Layer 2 is fantastic. I signed up with them several year ago when I lived in Springboro, OH. We have moved a few time since then - Florida, now Indiana. We pay them a monthly fee (very low cost) and they have taken care of own computer remotely wherever we got. They have very skilled people and their service is way above what you would expect.

Was easy to get an appointment with a couple of days of my call. Sam the IT guy was not only very polite but also super-knowledgeable. He got us all fixed up in less than an hour. With time left on the billing, he also worked his magic to clean out files that didn't even know existed, and sped up our computer. Great in all ways. Strongly recommended.

The initial clean-up went smoothly. The appointment was easy to schedule and within a short time frame. In the 2nd case Sam did a home visit and was quickly able to resolve that issue. He then did a clean-up and answered a variety of questions we had. He was very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. The cost of the service reflects the 2nd contact which was a home visit. As Sam came from another city for the service there was a very reasonable travel expense. Overall the cost was well worth the cost. Since the visit I have had e-mails from the owner of the company, David to make sure that all issues had been resolved. Overall Layer 2 provides excellent customer service and I highly recommend them.

Excellent service. Very prompt in scheduling. Sam was very informative and professional. He had to take the laptop to do the re-install of Windows but, had it back earlier than promised. Follow-up to the completed service was prompt as well as unexpected. Many companies lack this type of follow-up. I will definitely use Layer 2 Computers for any future needs.

I had another company clean my computer of malware, but I still felt like there was more that could have been done. In comes Layer 2 Computers. I loved that they could remote in and call me so we could see/hear everything at the same time without me having to carry my machine into their office. I just installed new memory and Sam found an issue with it even though the computer system made it look like it was all good. Sam explained everything he was doing to the machine while he was doing it and did not delete anything from the computer without my permission. I plan on using Layer 2 Computers for all my computer needs from now on.

Very good. Layer 2 was able to retrieve all of my files off of a bad hard drive. Tech came to house, but was unable to retrieve files at my house so took computer with him and returned days later with my computer and my backups files.

The technician came to the house, at the time agreed. He was able to fix the problem quickly, and told us about other services they offer, without a "hard sell" attitude. It is convenient to have a local company that will make "house calls" for a reasonable rate.
