After I called this company they were immediately there at my house helping me get cleaned up.  Absolutely a great company to deal with.  Helped me with contacting insurance company and making sure they understood what I was needing.  They provided fans and dehumidifier for 4 days and made sure that they didn't turn them off until my room was dry.  I couldn't of ask for any better people to deal with.  I thank them very much.

This group was recommended by another service provider and showed up unannounced.  The "Dragon Lady" came in, offered reassurance that insurance would cover everything and called her workers in who just started tearing up things to find the leak (which they never found until 4 days later and I actually fond it).  My relative was shell-shocked and was almost taken advantage of until we intervened and got a second opinion.  My relative had the "Dragon Lady" come back and get her equipment and she kept trying to get him/her to pay her more for more unneeded work.  She seemed so nice and sweet, but she cheats people out of money.  My relative did not recoup his/her money and insurance DID NOT COVER ALL OF THESE FEES!!!!!!!!
Do not let this service provider into your house unless you have money to burn!!!!!!

There are not enough bad things to say. I think the woman who runs this place should be reported to the Attorney General. The plumber that came out recommended this company and clearly there is a kick back thing going on. My mother who is elderly and didn't know what to do called them up and they came out. She arrived with a team of workers and my mom had not looked at contracts, prices or anything. She took my mother in the living room away from the area where the damage was done. While she was showing my mother the contract and explaining how they do things, her workers were ripping out the wall. My mother had not signed permission for anything. My mother was shocked when she saw what they had done. This woman railroads people right into things and she can prey on people like my mother who is older and trusts and thinks that people are honest. This woman is giving her all these reassurances about them knowing how to deal with insurance companies and knowing how to push her claim through and before she knew what had happened my mom is signing on the dotted line. She had her sign two different things and it ended up she used something where she could charge my mom's credit card without her knowledge. She was so very adamant about being there when the insurance adjuster arrived that she kept calling the insurance adjuster herself until the guy said that it was between him and his client,. She called back and pretended to be me, the daughter. When my mother told me about it I said that it was not okay and that she was trying to railroad her. My mother said that she had said she had a minister working with her and she talked about all her Christian ties. She gained my mother's confidence and then there was the overcharging for things that never happened and appeared on the statement. My mother told her that she didn't do those things and the woman said yes they did and that my mother had just forgotten. I was frantically trying to get hold of this woman and she wouldn't return my phone calls because she knew that I was on to her. She had a whole group of contractors lined up to do the wallpapering and flooring. I told my mother to stop and since she had her insurance money I would help her find reputable people to get her repairs made, but we were not going near anyone that this woman recommended. She called my mom back and started yelling and screaming at her for not going with her people. Then my mom got very depressed because she felt that she was not smart enough to know and I told her that the woman had just worked her. My mother is on a limited income and had asked her to hold things for a couple of weeks and then she got a call from her credit card company and they had pushed it through anyway. My mom confronted her and told her that she had agreed and she said that she had bills and people to pay. My mom did lose money because there were all these things that didn't happen and it was my mom's word against hers. I knew that some of those things didn't happen because I was there some of the time and looked around. She charged her for extra fans when there were only two and she padded thing. It all happened at a very hectic time and I would try to set up times to meet her and she wouldn't show up. It was a horrible experience on every level and she was so dishonest and manipulative. I had talked to my mom daily to see what was going on. The woman was responsive like a vulture and she wanted to run the show but she was not available to talk to me. I never did meet her but I tried and it never happened. I would tell anyone to run away as fast as possible.

Overall, the job was very successful. The response from Corinne was very prompt (same day). The gentlemen who brought in the equipment were courteous and professional. They brought in blowers to dry out the wet floor and walls, cut out drywall that was wet (they do not do the drywall repairs although they will recommend someone who will), and sprayed microban to get rid of any mold or mildew. The blowers were very loud (a bit like having a jet engine parked in your basement) but very effective. They also took an oriental rug in for professional cleaning.
