D&D Construction ENT LLC

In July, I attempted to hire D&D to repair a leaking window. The gentleman was very nice and offered to give me a good rate since I was Buckeye Fan. Great! He stated that it wouldn't be that day (Saturday), but he would get to it by the end of the following week. Two weeks passed, but I never heard from D&D. Next, my father finally reached them and the gentleman stated that he wasn't sure if I still wanted D&D to repair my window. My father assured D&D that yes, indeed we did want them to repair the window. D&D agreed and said they return in a couple weeks. Three weeks passed, still not D&D. We reached out to D&D again and apparently he forgot to mention that he was out of office on vacation. Nonetheless, D&D said they were still interested in completing the work. Another month passed, still no D&D. I called again and D&D 'promised' that they would make out to house no later than 10/23. 10/23 arrived, but still no D&D. D&D did not even have the professional courtesy of calling to follow up on ANOTHER missed appointment. What a fiasco. Just another bum contractor giving the rest of contractors a bad name.
