 + -1 moreDALCO WAS A VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE. THEY DID WHAT THEY PROMISED, AND THEN SOME. THEIR VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PLEASANT STAFF TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN THE FAILURE MODE, AS WELL AS THE CORRECTIVE ACTION THEY TOOK.
Description of Work: REPAIRS TO HOME COMPUTER (RESTORED FAILED HARD DRIVES, UPGRADED TO RAID, UPGRADED OPERATING SYSTEM SOFTWARE).
