Ace did a great job. Very pleased with both the quality of work and price. It is like fair trade for flooring. Why pay the bigger companies, when you can go directly to the folks that do the work. We love our refinished white oak floors. The Early American stain with a semi-gloss finish that Ace applied brought out all the character and beauty of the wood. Be patient with Ace when it comes to phone call and emails. Ace will get back with you. Ace doesn't pay someone to sit in an office to take calls and send emails. The benefit is that you aren't paying for that either. In summary, great people, excellent work and the best price. For those who want schmooze, hand holding and a slick salesman look elsewhere. However, for practical customers who care most about quality and price...Ace Flooring is the place.

Showed up on short notice and did a great job refinishing my floors!

The quality of work was excellent. We had some very worn hardwood floors due to 2 large dogs, water damage, and 3 kids. Ace flooring and Walls were able to make them look like new again. We went with a darker stain which adds a level of complexity to the project but they were able to make the floors look great. Customer service was great as well. Throughout the entire process I made several calls and text to Jason and Shawnna with questions or concerns and every call and text were answered in a very timely fashion. The total job took 3 days to complete which included sanding, staining, and applying two top coats on approximately 500 sq ft. The cost was also very good, out of 3 companies that I had quotes from, Ace Flooring and Walls price was 30% lower than the other 2 companies. Additionally, they are a local company which was less than 5 miles from my house. I highly recommend Ace Flooring and Walls for any hardwood restoration project.

Jason and his crew are excellent at what they do!

He didn't return our phone calls, but when he did talk to us he had an excuse for everything we brought up. Left multiple messages which he didn't respond to. The finished product was so poor we were very disappointed. He never did come back to finish the job; we had an appointment set up but he didn't show up. He had an excuse for that as well.
