"The specific crew that worked on your home, has been working with us for 5 years and we have plenty of confidence on their workmanship. We understand that we had a punchlist after the work was completed and the punchlist was taken care off in less than a week, to your satisfaction. When we commit to a project, our commitment is that once the project is completed, our customer is satisfied. NOT that we do a perfect job, since we have to account for human error, but as you know, we are one phone call away and we will work diligently to get your project right and completed."

UPDATE: Very very pleased, i have a very large complex roof took them 4 days they also put a metal roof over bay. what's nice is they have an expert "inspector" come and inspect the job....i don['t know much but nice to know they want it "just right" and that we are pleased. also they call me at all stages....amazing. the way any service should be. special accolades for CHRIS BROWN my go to guy always helpful. amazing guy did a great job explaining the work, schedule, warranty (which is industry leading and worry free--AND TRANSFERABLE when i sell my house in 4-5 years ), Great house selling point. WARRANTY by GAF its the only way to go. VERY PLEASED. LEARN FROM MY MISTAKES PLEASE--my house roof is 22 yrs old had a leak had it fixed by replacing 1/4 or my roof so the shingles would match--that guy who "did this for 30 yrs" did a cra% job my orkin man told me it was about to delaminate didn't use enough nails and poor install. Had someone that did my brother in laws house re-do the mess. used 30yr shingles both times--BUT INSTALLERS ARE ABSOLUTELY CRITICAL. it was better leak fixed but some are curling--both above done over 6-8 months. AT 22 years I'd look at replacing my complex roof (12:12 pitch) next 1-3 yrs. My orkin man told me the only shingles to use (NONE AT LOCAL HOME IMPROVEMENT STORE) WAS GAF--THE NUMBER ONE INSTALLED SHINGLE IN THE NATION. I searched for GAF got search to guide me to SHIELD--to install GAF you have to be a certified, registered installer. Install quality would be CRITICAL leaks are a massive mess. With a 50yr warranty 25 yr labor-- IF I HAD USED GAF 22 YEARS AGO this would have been fixed under warranty and SAVE ME THOUSANDS AND THE LEAK HEADACHE. And if shield goes out of business GAF will find the next closest to fix ALL UNDER WARRANTY---- DON'T CHANCE IT AND ALL THIS QUALITY IS NOT MUCH EXTRA COST--MINE CAME 1/2 BUDGET as per other roofers and will only take 3 days (my roof sq ft is huge--12:12 pitch) LEARN FROM MY MISTAKES I WOULD HAVE SAVED MANY THOUSAND DOLLARS. GAF OR GO HOME. Your roof is the only thing protecting your house form the ravages of weather.

The materials are good. Workers used good safety practices. Mistakes were made but they were fixed. The workers didn't speak English well and it was hard to communicate when the supervisor wasn't present. The project office is in Peru and that person was hard to understand. The local Some drip edge and flashing wasn't replaced,some mismatched tiles were used, and some other issues were noted, but a crew came and fixed everything. Roof looks great. SP192356

I had a horrible experience with this bussiness , poor work quality , delayed response to work releated problems and unprofessional staff , this company improperly installed a roof on my house that was leaking and caused a lot of interior and exterior ceiling water damage because of this leak , and during the process of repairing that leak , they caused more damages to my newly remodeled home , they refused to repair the damages and delayed responses to repair due to various lousy reasons , finally they came up with a very unreasonable settle of $1000 and me signing a document that they aren’t responsible for any issues with my house anymore , so you either take it or you are a bad guy , We shouldn’t get bullied by a bussiness, I’m in the process of taking legal action against this bussiness , meanwhile I won’t recommend this bussiness to anybody seeking a roof installation , I’m an honest , straight forward customer that may may use a bussiness for any specialized labor , not trying to polish a substandard bussiness like all their crew members who will tell you of How great of a job they do .please filter most of the unrealistic word promises , review the comments carefully and search online for the validity of the bussiness before you take a decision to use any bussiness , Good luck !

I had high expectations. The project manager whom did the estimate seemed very knowledgeable and i thought I had chosen the best company to do the job BUT the crew that had done the work were young and seemed very inexperienced as if they were just "winging it" and in a hurry. I'm currently waiting on repairs as I have yet to pay them and I'm sure they would like to get paid. In my experience they had poor workmanship and professionalism and i would not recommend (at least not for a metal roof install, with the crew I had)

They did a pretty good roofing job. The only problem is we can't get them back. The work was good. I think they are a little expensive. They dished my insurance to pay for some kind of damage and they were a little on the high side. Quality was pretty good. They should improve on their communication with their customer. They kept blaming leaks after they were finished on something that wasn't the problem. I had to have another guy come out and fix it. He was my handyman.

Shield gave us the best estimate, best warranty, with better quality materials. Danny, the salesman, returned our call promptly and showed up on time for the appointment. Other companies didn't even bother to return our call. One company showed up for the estimate appt. 2 days late. They completed the job quickly, cleaned up the mess and made sure they found any dropped nails, and our new roof looks great.
