It has been 2 months since the job was started. My yard is still completely torn up with piles of dirt everywhere, fence is tore down and job is not completed. Plumber took my money and persuaded the insurance adjuster to send check to him so he got paid twice! I cannot get him to come back and complete the job. This plumber got 10,000.00 total for not completing a job that would have normally cost a consumer approximately $3,000!
