real estate appraisal
+ -1 moreCompany was hired by our bank to appraise land for a loan. The company appraised the wrong property and didn't even offer an apology. Just questioned how we knew it was incorrect?? They included a picture of the appraised property...the WRONG property! Definitely don't recommend!
Description of Work: Real estate land appraisal for construction loan/mortgage.
