before the project date was initially agreed upon,  Greg would often call me telling me he could certain windows, doors, sidings basically any kind of material at under half the cost as apposed to what i could buy it for, however the contractor deals only last a week or so, so if I was interested in any products I would need to give him the money before the deal ended

The agreed project start date was one week after Christmas day, and for some unknown reasons Greg always had an excuse of not showing up, anything from Grandmother being ill, to Mother being hospitalized , daughter being raped , wife leaving him, wife taking all the money, being in court, car problems  etc If he didnt have an excuse it would be his worker Tony...Greg would make an excuse for him...?
This type of communication went on up until May 3rd 2012 where in the end Greg just would answer his phone calls....?

In February he arrived at the property one day only to look over what needed to be done, he actually forgot the area measurements and gave me 4 different square footage measurements, that day one of his workers walked out into my back yard and went to the toilet ( number two) I found this to be very disturbing and unprofessional , because not only was it disrespectful but I have children who often play up in the back yard...?

I could literally write pages and pages on the communication I have had with this contractor, but honestly I am just totally drawn out, tired and fed up!!! Six thousand six hundred dollars might not seem like a lot of money, but for me it was, and for me to hand out that kind of money and not get the job done, really put me in the hole..as we speak May 3rd I have just now started moving on with the property ...but it took from November until now!!
