Got several quotes for job, he drove from South Lebanon to Price hill for an in-person quote. He quoted $500 plus materials but he needed money to get materials. I gave him $180 (too much) but after 4 hours, he was done for the day but wanted to be paid $500 which I did, but no material receipt, I'll get it tomorrow. Showed up next day, problems with his work & no receipts. Agreed on some painting ($600) for entire kitchen. After about 3 hours, he was done for the day, wanted $600 for painting up front which I did not pay. Went to property to view work, very disappointed with progress so I fired him. My fault for not looking into him, a complete amateur.

We needed our laundry room and kitchen floor done with wooden planks. We used Angi's List to help us find a contractor. Several called and came to give estimates, however, we chose to go with Jerry Addison Handyman Services. He quoted us a price of $1300 for both rooms which aren't big at all. However, we wanted our floors finished before Thanksgiving since we have family members from Florida and New York coming in town. He came on October 19th for a final look and started they would start on Monday, October 21, 2024. He and 2 other men came as stated. They completed the laundry room and half the kitchen before leaving the 1st day. They returned on October 22nd, bit only he and one man returned. They completed the last part of the kitchen and was paid. Shortly after they left, my husband notice a few bad places...planks not all the way secure to the floor and uneven planks. My husband called him and he started he would come out October 23rd at 5pm. He was a not call, no show. He did contact my husband on October 24th to say he would contact him again after he looks at his schedule to set up a date and time to come out. He never did. Meanwhile, my husband went to Lowes, Home Depot and Menards talking to the experts to get some knowledge on correcting all the error. Also, almost daily we were noticing small cracks and splits in the flooring. After him not contacting my husband, I texted him on October 28th stating all the above. He responded that day stating he would come out that weekend and fix everything. I sent him some picture of some of the things that were wrong. He initially told my husband during their meeting that he loved doing plank floors, but told me via text that this was his 1st floor job. He did tell my husband on the 2nd day that the 3rd guy, who came the 1st day, was the floor expert, but he charged too much. We were so frustrated, I asked for $100 back. He asked for my Cashapp and has now ghosted us and blocked my number. The $1300 was just the cost fie labor. The planks were almost $1000. We had to hire another contractor. My husband had to remove all the planks Jerry installed. The new contractor installed vinyl flooring. We had to settle for vinyl because of all the money we spent with Jerry's install. WHAT A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH JERRY

Do not hire this person!!!!! He lied to me and sent me pictures of a whitewashed fireplace he did NOT do. The pictures were from a tutorial posted on the internet. He had paint on my hardwood floors, furniture and walls that some will not come up. When I approached him about the mess and pictures he became irrational , and started yelling. He did 1/2 the job and left. He was screaming at my husband and me as he was going out my door! He is NOT a professional and doesn?t know what he?s doing.

We hired Jerry to extend our porch step and he said he would make it look nice; it does not! We were ok with color difference but workmanship is disappointing, not smooth, gaps/holes, extra concrete in corners. He had to borrow my husbands impact driver and saw since he didn?t bring his. He said he would come out to remove boards used for mold but never did and no longer answers my texts. Ironically, he criticized other contractor?s work several times yet his was a mess. Wasted $800. Do not pay until job completed!

Addison's was able to send someone out very quickly (the next day) after my call. The workers showed up on time and ready to work. They were reasonable with their prices and did a good job. I would recommend them to my friends/neighbors. I wish everyone had their work ethic.

great work ethic, competitive pricing and willingness to go above and beyond (did gutter cleaning for small additional charge). Took care to make sure I was Ok with color of stain on fence before proceeding.

I hired Addison?s Pressure Washing to clean my gutters. I have 4 down spouts. I wasn?t home when the job was done. But, only 2 of the spouts was cleaned. I wasted $400.

Heâ s super nice and such a hard worker and easy on the pocketbook as well good guy would recommend if your looking to get work done heâ s a good honest guy
