There is not enough space here so I will end with this - he decided that even though he did NO WORK that he was to be paid $20k. We were waiting for a more reasonable number - he put a MECHANICS LIEN on our property - FOR NO WORK DONE. We went to court, his attorney RON FRIEDBERG told us that Marc is such a good client and that he uses them all the time - my husband then asked why he would need an attorney 'all the time.' He has done this with at least 3 other people that we have communicated with. We are working on a concise but thorough summary of our experience and will return to add it here as well as other platforms.

contractor damaged goods and did not perform his services in a timely, professional and industry standard manner. Denied several items and caused tens of thousands in damages. Work looks unprofessional
