Worst customer service ever, I recently purchased an air gun from Pyramid air it was immediately lost in the mail, They have told me they've refunded my money about 3 times and Every time I go to my account It's still not there it's been over 2 months I bought an item I never received and they Are still charging me 2 months later... I'm really over being lied too!

This is Christmas and you should expect late shipping I understand this. However the shipping company transported the package on time. The riffle did not leave the facility until the day it was schedule to arrive at my home. But as I said this is not the reason for the poor review but I do feel it should be mentioned because most shipping delays this time of year are due to the shipping company not the vendor. The vendor stated that the riffle would come with an upgraded scope. This riffle normally comes with a 3x9x40 front focus mil dot scope from the manufacturer. Therefore you would expect that the upgraded scope would be equivalent to and better in some way than the scope originally provided. The scope they sent is a 3x9x40 AO with a standard sight reticle. There are basically 2 differences between the two scopes. The original scope is front focusing and has mil dot sighting. Where the so called upgraded scope has rear focusing (which is better) and standard reticle sighting. if this was a standard riffle this would not make much difference but this is a .22 cal. pellet gun. The mil dot sights are imperative to drop mapping the pellet for long range shooting. So the scope sent is not an upgrade for this riffle it is fact a down grade. they state the scope is a $80 increase in value. When in actuality the scope is outdated and is not even offered for sale by the manufacturer any longer. At absolute best this is a $50- $60 outdated scope which they replace a $60 - $70 scope with. I do not feel that is an upgrade. Due to this I feel the product was misrepresented. With that I decided that I would return the product and purchase elsewhere. I called the vendor to ask what I needed to do in hopes they would correct the problem but they had their phone system set up in a manor that unless u were placing an order you were redirected back to beginning of there automated phone directory. So I pressed the numbers to get to a sales representative. The lady was totally not interested in anything I had to say. Her only goal was to justify there position on the matter and get me off the phone. She directed me to there website to make a return without any information other than they would give me a tracking number for the return on the website. Once I got on the website I found that they only refund the whole price if you have not opened the box or the product is defective. which means they would charge me 20% of the purchase price. This meant not only were they ripping me off on the scope by $20 bucks they were goin to charge me $50 bucks if I sent it back to negate the loss. Now to level this out a bit they were about $20 bucks cheaper than anyone else on there price. We now know why. However if you factor in that I now have to buy a $70 - $80 scope to go on the riffle. Over all I spent about $50 more than had I just purchased this riffle from a more reputable vendor.
