I INITIALLY CONTACTED WILLIAM WHILE HE WAS IN THE MIDDLE OF MOVING HIS BUSINESS FROM SOLON TO CLEVELAND. STILL, HE MANAGED TO COME OUT IMMEDIATELY & GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE. HE GAVE ME A TIME TABLE FOR THE WORK, & TRUE TO HIS WORD, HE STARTED THE JOB JUST WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD. THE 3 WINDOWS THAT HE RESTORED/REPLACED WERE CRACKED & TERRIBLY BOWED- I THOUGHT THERE WAS NO HOPE FOR THEM. TODAY THEY LOOK BEAUTIFUL! HE GLAZED 2 INTO PLACE & THE THIRD ONE HE MANAGED TO MAKE OPERABLE, SO NOW, AFTER 13 YEARS IN THIS HOUSE, I CAN OPEN A WINDOW IN THE MASTER BATH! WILLIAM IS A SKILLED CRAFTSMAN & A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH. I ALSO THINK HIS PRICES ARE MORE THAN REASONABLE. I HAVE ALREADY RECOMMENDED HIM TO MY NEIGHBORS WHOSE LEADED GLASS WINDOWS ARE IN NEED OF ATTENTION.
