Description of Work: He made and replaced grates for my windows. He also replaced broken panes in leaded glass windows.

 + -1 moreI INITIALLY CONTACTED WILLIAM WHILE HE WAS IN THE MIDDLE OF MOVING HIS BUSINESS FROM SOLON TO CLEVELAND. STILL, HE MANAGED TO COME OUT IMMEDIATELY & GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE. HE GAVE ME A TIME TABLE FOR THE WORK, & TRUE TO HIS WORD, HE STARTED THE JOB JUST WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD. THE 3 WINDOWS THAT HE RESTORED/REPLACED WERE CRACKED & TERRIBLY BOWED- I THOUGHT THERE WAS NO HOPE FOR THEM. TODAY THEY LOOK BEAUTIFUL! HE GLAZED 2 INTO PLACE & THE THIRD ONE HE MANAGED TO MAKE OPERABLE, SO NOW, AFTER 13 YEARS IN THIS HOUSE, I CAN OPEN A WINDOW IN THE MASTER BATH! WILLIAM IS A SKILLED CRAFTSMAN & A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH. I ALSO THINK HIS PRICES ARE MORE THAN REASONABLE. I HAVE ALREADY RECOMMENDED HIM TO MY NEIGHBORS WHOSE LEADED GLASS WINDOWS ARE IN NEED OF ATTENTION.
Description of Work: HAD THE LEADED GLASS INSERT IN MY FRONT DOOR & 3 LEADED GLASS WINDOWS THAT WERE IN TERRIBLE SHAPE RESTORED/REPLACED. ADDITIONALLY, A DECORATIVE WOOD INSET BELOW ONE OF THE WINDOWS WAS ROTTED, SO WILLIAM REBUILT & REPLACED THAT AS WELL.
