After the priority $1900 we had done this job was a secondary priority but we were real pleased with the referrals the contractor provided us as well as the book he showed us showing us his bathroom remodeling work. The work he did was very very good and detailed.

ITS BEEN A YEAR SINCE I ORDERED THE WINDOWS & DOORS. BOTH WINDOWS & DOORS WERE ORDERED INCORRECTLY. WRONG GRID PATTERN ON THE WINDOWS AND THE DOOR & STORM DOOR NOT COMPATIBLE (HANDLES TOO CLOSE). SIDE LIGHT LEAKED WATER, DOOR ITS SELF LEAKS COLD AIR, STORM DOOR WONT CLOSE WHEN WARM OUTSIDE, INSIDE LATCH NEEDS TO BE RE-DONE. KICK PLATE IS TARNISHING ALREADY. SOMETHING''S FIXED, MANY ARE NOT. HELD PARTIAL PAYMENT TO FORCE CORRECTIONS BE MADE, THEN PAID IN FULL TO MAYBE GET THINGS FIXED. STILL NO RESPONSE.

REPAIRS BY MR. REPAIRMAN WERE COMPLETED VERY MUCH TO MY SATISFACTION, ALTHOUGH MY GUT FEELING IS THAT THEY ARE A LITTLE ON THE PRICEY SIDE. THEY APPEAR TO FUNCTION LARGELY AS A JOBBER, SUBCONTRACTING OUT THEIR VARIOUS SERVICES. IN A WAY THIS IS GOOD BECAUSE IT GIVES THE HOMEOWNER A SINGLE CONTACT TO WHOM HE CAN ENTRUST THE MANAGEMENT OF THE ENTIRE PROJECT. IT DOES, HOWEVER, ADD ADDITIONAL COST.
