Snow Removal
Michael Santora did a below average snowplowing job. Although his contract says he'll plow before 7:00 am and again if necessary by 6:00 pm if we've gotten more than 2'' snow accumulation, there are many days we get more than that, and he does not plow at all. There were several evenings I got home after 6:00 pm, and the driveway still needed plowing. He has piled the snow in an area that blocked the sidewalk, so I had to shovel it out myself. During the large snowfall in mid-February, he pushed the snow across the street to the neighbor's curb, which violates city ordinance. Neighbors who hired other companies are plowed more frequently, and their driveways look cleaner. All in all, I can't recommend him to anyone.
