To the readers of Angie's List, I highly reccomend Lo-La Painting and Remodeling. Recently, Rubin Safar installed three floors of tile--each with its own unique set of obstacles. I was pleased and amazed by the final outcome. My floors were spectacular. I invited everyone to come and see them. Beautiful work with special attention to details. I am sure you will have a wonderful experience with a beautiful new look for you home too.

The results were out of this world. It looked like a different room. It was so beautiful. Ruven is such a gentleman and his crew couldn't be nicer. They were fun to work with.

Terrific company. Thorough and honest estimate, punctual and respectful of our home, and excellent work. I am very comfortable having them in my home. I'm using them again to do my son's room this month. Just to give an example of how they go above and beyond: Reuven noticed that the hardware on our windows was discolored and asked me if I'd like him to clean it up, which of course I said yes to. I had not even noticed it myself, but now it looks restored and beautiful.

Reuven and his painter(s), were always on time, courteous, professional and always cleaned up after themselves. The work done was impeccable, unlike other painters I've used in the past. I would highly recommend their services.

Left a voicemail, Reuven got back to me within an hour. He was very clear and specific when he came for the estimate. He had very good recommendations. He helped us choose the colors and recommended the high quality primer for the dark green wall. Reuven estimated the job would take a day and a half to two days. Reuven and his assistant arrived at 8:45 Monday morning. The painting was nearly complete the first day. They finished the painting and installed the drapery rods on Tuesday. They cleaned up and were gone by 1pm.

Ice buildup left us with some plaster damage on the ceilings of our bedroom and closet. Reuven came out to give us an estimate of $200, which we were happy with. He was available the following week to do the work. Reuven scraped and sealed the plaster where it had been wet and paited the entire ceiling of the bedroom. He was in and out in one day and the work looks excellent. He cleaned up to the point that I would not have known anyone had been there had the work not been done!

REUVEN WAS ABLE TO COME WITHIN A COUPLE OF DAYS OF US CALLING HIM. I TRIED REMOVING WALLPAPER IN OUR BACK HALLWAY MYSELF, AND ENDED UP BRINGING DOWN PLASTER ALONG WITH IT. REUVEN FIXED THE PROBLEMS I'D CAUSED AND PAINTED THE WALLS AND TRIM IN THE BACK HALLWAY. EXCELLENT AND TIMELY WORK.

THEY DID WHAT WE ASKED THEM TO DO. SO WE ASKED THEM TO DO IT AS CHAEPLY AS POSSIBLE. QUALITY WASNT EXCELLENT. I DONT WANT TO PENALIZE THEM FOR THIS, IT WAS A POINT OF SALE VIOLATION. THEY CHECKED WITH THE CITY TO MAKE SURE THE WORK WAS OKAY.
