Kim and John, and their amazing team, are consummate professionals. After a negative experience with a previous realtor I entered the engagement with high expectations and a bit jaded. Kim and John were highly communicative, consultative, thorough, and competent. From home staging, consulting on improvements that would increase the showing quality, and negotiation tips they were always fair and honest. Kim even investigated and corrected a county record issue. I would recommend them to anyone.

Kim and John were wonderful on both ends of buying and selling our homes. They were in constant contact and always available to answer any and all questions. They gave our home great exposure, listing it on all of the most popular websites as well as the local papers. They have made great recommendations for movers, stagers, painters, and even now a few years later are still assisting us to find local contractors to help make updates to our new home. They got us a quick sale and facilitated a smooth transition to our hopefully forever home. They are a pleasure to work with and we enjoy seeing them and their family around town.

i cant say enough about kim and john kapustik. they made buying our new home a DREAM! they are by far the most professional agents we have ever worked with and this is our third home purchase. we found our dream home but the sellers agent was far from easy to work with. the sellers agent was an absolute nightmare and kim and john stepped in and handled everything we could not so on our own. the arranged for everything from meeting with the sellers office to home showings. they even have stayed in touch with us since to make sure our experience continues to be a positive one. there is no doubt id recommend kim and john to anyone i know looking to buy or sell a home.
