I APPRECIATED HER $50 ANGIE'S LIST DISCOUNT. ALTHOUGH SHE PERSONALLY DELIVERED THE REPORT TO ME, SHE WAS A FEW DAYS LATE AND I HAD TO CALL. WOULD I RECOMMEND HER? PROBABLY.

"WAS UNABLE TO DELIVER THE APPRAISAL RIGHT AWAY DUE TO THE CUSTOMER NOT HAVING E-MAIL ADDRESS. THE APPRAISER DID NOT MAIL BUT PERSONALLY HAND DELIVERED TO CLIENT THE NEXT DAY AFTER COMPLETION."
