Fair. Driveway was plowed per the contract but at inconvenient times for normal work schedules. For example, the driveway would be plowed at 2am and 12pm. I leave for work at 8:30AM and return between 7PM and 8PM. A lot of snow can fall in 6-8 hours! After getting stuck in my driveway for the second time (February 07 snow storm), I called Dave to figure out a solution. Instead of trying to work with me, he argued for almost an hour over the phone. No resolution was reached. Needless to say, I'll buy a snow blower for next season. Even at the time the drive was plowed, heaps of snow were left by the garage which made it difficult for our cars to get out.

HAD A CONTRACT - NEVER SHOWED AFTER FIRST MOWING - THEN AFTER MANY COMPLAINTS DID ONE MORE CUTTUNG ON A SUNDAY AT 8AM - NEVER SHOWED UP AGAIN.
