I give Cleveland Air Comfort an A++ for their expertise, professionalism and customer service. (Note that the price above is just a "dummy number" since there have been multiple services at differing payment levels through the years) 

Al DiLauro was a master at diagnosing our issues and redesigning the existing HVAC configuration and venting.  Our home presented many challenges because of its age, but Al overcame every challenge with flying colors.  Before Cleveland Air Comfort's work, we had areas in our home that were too cold in winter to use.  The crew completed the work with very high quality and professionalism. Importantly, we are now able to use all areas of our home year round now!

Since that time, we've kept a maintenance contract with the company for twice a year regular furnace and AC maintenance. Maintenance is easy to schedule, service technicians arrive on time, perform their work with quality and are attentive to every detail.

When we have had issues (ex: no or low heat during the winter), the technician on call will provide phone consulting to determine if the problem is something we can attend to ourselves.  If not, a service technician is scheduled to come onsite.  We have never had to wait longer than a few hours even in the worst weather!  Whatever the problem is, the technicians have the expertise to diagnose and repair, and take the time and attention to be certain they are addressing the real cause of the problem and not just the symptons.

I was so pleased with the overall service provided by Cleveland Air Comfort from the initial contact via Angie's list (fast positive response) to the service call and follow up.  Prior to working with them I called a dozen companies to help me convert my furnace and was either flat out told they could not do it or quoted a staggering price.  From the beginning Cleveland Air Comfort told me "we can do this for you" and they worked with me to perform the service in the most economical way possible. Their serviceman, Ed, was very professional and knowledgeable.  He worked quickly and confidently. Throughout the process I felt this company was honest and charged fairly for their services.  They checked over my furnace and assured me that it was in good working condition.  I plan to use them every year for cleaning and checking my system.  They definitely earned my trust...and my future business.

We've worked with them for years. They're real good. The annual contract is about $120. That covers heating, air conditioning and hot water tank. I like the fact that with the contract, they contact me to set up the check up appointments. So they keep me on schedule. They've always been real responsive whenever I've had problems too. There is nothing that I dislike about them.

Woke up yesterday to a furnace that ran constantly and wouldn't get the house above 62 degrees. I called Cleveland Air Comfort at 9:00 AM and the serviceman, Bill showed up at 12:45. he worked for about 1 1/2 hours and the furnace worked fine. He found out that the furnace was running on single stage heat. The original install from another company was wrong. It took the record low temps for it to show up. Bill was very professional as I have found all the service techs from this company to be. We actually recommended them to my wife's boss today as well. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody that needed a competent heating contractor.

We have used them for about 14 years and have a yearly contract with them. I called them today for a furnace checkup.

Great.  What could have been a messy difficult experience went smoothly and efficiently.
