The people were good but the company is out of business now. They folded in the summer 2017.

Fair - it was inconsistent. Barb did a great job on the ktichen. The owner was more interested in growing his business than keeping his regular customers happy. They changed the time they people were scheduled to show up, without asking if it would be OK. When challenged the owner told me "Well, shame on me for trying to grow my business, why don't you find someone else." We did not end on a good note. The women who work for him were kind and conscientious. I would not recommend this company because the owner does not care about the clients, assumes that changes are ok, without checking and he is horribly unprofessional.

They send 3 or 4 girls to clean. They bring their own equipment and cleaning solutions. They are fast and efficient but are often not here at the time the office says they will be. One item of value was broken in the house and they reimbursed us for 1/2 the value which was fair. The best thing is that they are pretty thorough and they are not here long. The office manager is responsive and helpful. I will continue using them at least for the present.

They are always on time and give a call the day before as a reminder they are coming to work the next day. It is usually a team of 3 and they are all very polite and quiet while doing the work. I am very pleased every time they come to clean the house. I would recommend them to friends and family.

They sent out 3 people for an hour's worth of time. I was not happy with the bathroom floors, I'm not sure what they used but it didn't look good. I used to have a cleaning lady that would do my floors and they would sparkle. They left cob webs in the room. I have hardwood floor in the kitchen. They certainly didn't put enough vinegar in the water to clean the kitchen floors. When they left, the kitchen floor was clean but was not done to my satisfaction. I would not recommend them to anyone. They were dressed like they just got off a farm. I feel that's a poor way to represent a company. It wasn't very professional. They never touched any upholstery. They could have taken time to at least vacuum my couch. They were also late in arriving as well.

I called several cleaning companies on Angie's List in the middle of August. Cleaning Solutions, Inc. was the first company to call me back (several companies never did return my call or did not call back in a timely manner). Davide Kater came out to my home and gave me an estimate to have a bi-weekly cleaning. I immedately like David and appreciated his professionalism. He made it clear that he wanted my business and if he got, he wanted to keep it. I felt so comfortable with David after our meeting that I did not interview anyone else (which is very unusual for me).
Marsha and her team do a real nice job for us. They are alway prompt and professional. If I need something to have a little extra attention, her team responds appropriately. I would recommend David Kater and Cleaning Solutions, Inc.

They initially charged a little more than we expected.We then had them out to our house another time and we asked them to clean a small lab room. There was a cat litter box in the room and they refused to do any cleaning in the room. Our impression is that this would not be a problem as it was something we pointed out to the first person who toured our house and they said it was not problem. However the employee who came out to the house refused to clean the room because of the cat box. Another instance we encountered was we had one particular item we wanted taken care of which was some mold in the bathroom. After taking care of the mold they left a note saying we owed an extra $55 because they had to spend extra time on the cleaning. They do a decent job but odd things seem to happen such as charging more for extra time. I just do not feel that they are very professional.

I have been using this company for regular housecleaning for over two years. They are top-notch, and have remained so through the entire time. There is not much employee turnover so you get the same people every time. I trust them around my house and they do a great job cleaning.

I was called a day ahead of the time the team was to come, to learn what time to expect them. They came when they were supposed to, brought in their supplies, were very polite, and did their jobs efficiently and well. I would recommend them to anyone who asked.

They send a team of 3. Two will work on the downstairs and 1 will clean the upstairs. They will do things such as sweep the lamp shades and the furniture. They clean behind doors, under hutches and wipe down the legs of tables. They do a very nice job.

The owner is very friendly and helpful. He came to the house and gave a free estimate, and he was able to schedule his crew to come out the next week. He called the day before the cleaning to remind us that they were coming. He then called the next business day after the cleaning to ask how they did. He took the feedback and the next week the few things that were overlooked were cleaned more thoroughly. There are still a few things that are not cleaned, such as under the fringe of the area rug where dirt collects, but on the other hand they have cleaned things I didn't expect, like the hanging shower soap holder and all around the wood-burning stove. It is a pleasure to walk into my house after they have been there.

They are very dependable. The three people they send are very polite. If we need something extra done, they will do it. They clean the house the way we want it cleaned. They also do a very thorough job.

Owner was very nice to deal with and accommodated our needs at the last minute. However, the crew complained that the house was too dirty, did a moderate job, and was out in the driveway in their car when I came by- which was an issue since they were being paid by the person/hour.
