He was terrible. He didn't put anything down to keep the dirt off my things. When he went out to the roof, he said that my roof needed some tuckpointing done and it would cost me an additional $180.00. I told him to forget it. As he was leaving, he forgot the grate and I had to run out to the driveway to catch him before he left. As for the vacuuming, I could have done that, for what it's worth.
