DID NOT TELL US THAT THE PERSON WHO CAME TO GIVE THE ESTIMATE WAS NOT THE PERSON WHO WOULD BE DOING THE WORK. THEY SENT ANOTHER WORKER AND AN APPRENTICE, AND WE HAD TO GO OVER THE PROJECT WITH THEM AGAIN IN DETAIL.
