I choose Tim Stull to perform the home inspection as he has a reputation for being very thorough and detail oriented. We scheduled the call for a Sat morning at 8am. When I arrived he was already there preparing for the inspection. Tim spent over  6 hours at the house and was meticulous in reviewing every aspect of the house (interior and exterior). He identified a number of issues which were not readily apparent and explained other optional repairs and improvements that we might want to consider after moving into the property. Since it was a snowy day, Tim was not able to inspect the roof but volunteered to do this when he returned to get the results of the radon test. Unfortunately, he was still not able to get onto the roof so we agreed to pay him an extra $50 to come back out to the house for a third time. When he returned, he noted a significant amount of wind and hail damage to the roof. I have purchased four houses over the years and Tim is easily the most professional and thorough home inspector that I have seen.

Very easy to schedule appointment, spent over 3 hours inspecting interior and exterior of home. Followed up with an email copy and hard copy or report.
